As an analyst in Macquarie Asset Management, you will be part of a global, full-service asset manager, providing investment solutions to clients across a range of capabilities, including infrastructure, renewables, real estate, agriculture, transportation finance, equities, fixed income, private credit, and multi-asset solutions.

Your role
With our Client Solutions Group (CSG), you will have an opportunity to make a real and sustainable difference. We invest in businesses that create impact and support communities – aiming to add real and lasting value for our clients and the people our assets service. The projects you’ll work on will make a difference.
As an analyst, you will join a team that oversees institutional capital raising, investor relations and product development for Macquarie Asset Management’s private markets products. The team covers the world’s largest and most sophisticated institutional investors globally, including Pension Funds, Insurance Companies, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Endowments and Foundations. You will work with product specialists and relationship managers to produce marketing, investor relations and due diligence materials for existing and potential investors. You will also assist with the process of raising new capital for funds and fund establishment, including working with our legal, tax and other specialist teams.
About you
You have a unique perspective. We want to hear it. This opportunity is for talented seniors (Class of 2023) with a strong interest in finance, valuation (particularly investment) and business strategy through previous internships and coursework.
You are a critical thinker with strong qualitative and analytical skills who express their thoughts and ideas clearly. You like to collaborate with others and are comfortable building strong working relationships while also working independently.
With a strong interest in financial services, you bring a proactive, resourceful, and positive attitude as well as a powerful work ethic. You have sharp attention to detail with experience and comfort in Excel.
Salary Range
Salary range for this position: $80,000 - $110,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
