Reporting to the Global Head - RMG Training, you will have the specific remit of managing risk training for the EMEA region. You will work alongside regional counterparts and the Global Head - RMG Training on the development and execution of the Global RMG Training plan, and the EMEA Risk Training Plan. You will be responsible for:
Your demonstrated experience in risk and compliance training in a financial services environment will aid you in managing the production, maintenance and execution of a regional training plan and assisting in the development of training content. In addition, you will work with RMG colleagues to ensure regulatory training requirements are met, as well as develop methods to assess training effectiveness.
Your strong attention to detail will be proven by high quality content that delivers key risk massages, effective metrics and reporting, and full utilization of the global learning management system. You have strong leadership experience and the ability to develop others, work autonomously and deliver results within deadlines.
