Position Specific Description

This Physical Trader Natural Gas is responsible for building and trading NextEra Energy Marketing’s physical gas portfolio in the Mid continent region.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Performing individual research
• Profitable deal execution
• Deal entry management
• Monthly reconciliations
• Transacting physical gas, transport, storage, and financial basis
• Creating markets for origination and asset optimization groups
• Managing a profitable proprietary trading book

Individuals in this role may be responsible for after-hours and weekend work on an as-needed basis.
