Position Specific Description
Help create a new group where employees in this role support senior management during negotiations with counterparties and work closely with front-line originators. The role is broad based and will utilize project management, deal research, marketing and finance skills in addition to working on ad hoc projects. The team works with originators to identify counterparts and form a profile through research and leads, coordinates internal activities once an opportunity is identified, as well as works with the counterpart/originator during negotiation. This includes pulling in the appropriate subject matter experts for advice (across several groups such as Legal, Pricing, Regulatory, Transmission Planning), consolidating their views and working with the originator on crafting a transaction with the highest potential of internal approvals that meet the counterpart requirements.
Location: This opportunity will have the option to sit in one of our offices in Juno Beach, FL, Austin, TX or Irving, TX.
