This is a fully remote position
Summary: Creates, indexes and routes electronic files in various programs to facilitate the review and follow up by underwriting or technical staff by performing the following duties. Issues policies, endorsements and cancellations and/or reinstatements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Handles a high volume of electronic files and work with various computer applications and Internet sites.
Accesses necessary systems, ensures information is complete in accordance with best practices and issues policies and/or endorsements in a timely and accurate manner.
Communicates with underwriters and/or agents to address concerns, complete files and deliver issued documents.
Arranges, labels, and organizes digital pages in system according to the work queue and organizational guidelines.
Ensures accurate and efficient data entry into computer program.
Understands and is committed to total quality while maintaining production/compliance standards.
Communicates effectively with individuals/teams and reports any system problems to supervisor.

Education/Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent. Must have one (1) to two (2) years of administrative, clerical or data entry experience. Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications as well as web-based applications.
