Job Summary:
The Market Sales Leader also known as (MSL), is responsible for managing and fostering business relationships with We Insure franchises, both existing and prospective, to drive top-producing performance across all market and field locations. This role involves identifying and engaging high-quality candidates to join the We Insure family and supporting the development and success of existing Agency Franchises. The MSL will collaborate with current Franchises to implement attraction and retention strategies that drive growth and profitability. Additionally, the MSL will focus on creating engagement opportunities, developing effective strategies, and utilizing strong negotiation skills to enhance performance, profitability, and results across their designated market and throughout the organization. The MSL "owns" the assigned market and is instrumental in achieving We Insure's business objectives, ensuring strategic, long-term profitable growth, and increased market share.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Agency Owners (AOs), Agents In Charge (AICs), and producers to create short-term (1 year) and long-term (3 years) strategic market business plans and drive market performance accordingly.
Act as a Strategic Business Advisor to AO's and AIC's, offering insights on strategies and solutions that significantly impact their bottom line as well as corporate and department objectives.
Utilize in-depth industry and company knowledge to prepare proposals and make recommendations on best practices and process improvements.
Communicate We Insure messaging on various topics, including business objectives, sales promotions, incentives, compensation and bonus structure, news, and updates.
Coordinate with AO and AIC to ensure successful and timely implementation of required processes.
Track, monitor, and report progress monthly/quarterly.
Provide day-to-day Licensing supervision of registered representatives to ensure compliance with SEC, NASD, and all other broker/dealer requirements.
Act as a role model, fostering an environment of trust, openness, participation, integrity and high performance.

Work Environment:
The Market Sales Leader will primarily work in remote as well as office settings, collaborating with Agency Owners, Agents in Charge, and producers. Some travel may be required to visit Franchise locations and attend industry events.
