We are seeking an experienced professional with our Warsaw Management/Recruiting group, focused on building and enhancing the overall awareness of Point72 as an employer of choice in the local Polish market and attracting the brightest talent.

 

What you’ll do

Key responsibilities include working with Hiring Managers to define talent needs, sourcing a diverse candidate pool through a range of strategies and driving effective interview processes.

  • Be the first point of contact for perspective talent for our Warsaw office
  • Serve as an independent sourcing strategist
  • Build talent pipelines for open roles
  • Build market maps of our competitors to identify pools of strong candidates
  • Identify and engage candidates across a range of skillsets to assist with the hiring of top talent for the firm
  • Conduct initial phone screen and interviews – provide comprehensive summaries for Recruiting Managers
  • Maintain candidate data in the Firm’s applicant tracking system and recruiter tracking systems including resumes, interview notes and candidate status
  • Leverage recruiting data to prepare recruiting updates for Hiring Managers
  • Collaborate on Technology recruiting strategy and initiatives with the other members of the team

 

What’s required

  • 2 years of talent acquisition experience
  • Experience within both agency recruiting and in-house recruiting a plus
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in assessing and determining how to handle queries, calls and issues
  • High degree of professional maturity
  • Ability to serve as an ambassador for the Firm and the recruiting team
  • Superior problem solving and analytical skills
  • Adaptability - to multitask, shift focus and prioritize assignments while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Experience and interest in working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting data
  • Trustworthy with sensitive information
  • University degree required
