The Middle Office Technology Team supports trade processing, position keeping, and trade management systems. The team partners with Middle Office business users to customize and implement solutions supporting trade processing scale and stability.
What you’ll do
As a Product Manager, you will be internal expert, and champion for a variety of tools within Point72’s Middle Office platforms. Specifically, you will:
- Roll out new features by working with design and engineering, championing the customer and the metrics we want to move
- Build a vision for your product areas, chart roadmaps, and set measurable quarterly goals to track team execution
- Regularly meet with customers to discover actionable product insights
- Actively market solutions to gain adoption and then iterate on feedback
What’s required
We are looking for someone with a relentless drive improving process and experience. Specifically, you will need:
- 3+ years in a Product Management role focused on solving problems for the Middle Office
- Strong knowledge of trade execution workflows and processes
- Experience directly interacting with middle office operations teams, and delivering successful software solutions that meet their unique problems
- Strong project management and execution skills, experience delivering complex solutions
- Experience working through the entire software development lifecycle and the tools that go with it (e.g.: Jira, inVision, Asana, Sketch)
- Ability to partner with users, designers, and developers to produce the best results
- Strong product instincts and creativity, including the ability to help develop new solutions to problems by viewing the world from the end user’s perspective
