Specialist - Global ETD
The Role
-Opportunity to participate in Digital transformation for TSA
-Be accountable for delivery of annual business targets.
- Capable to Implement the automations projects for Trading and Supply cluster to address the manual effort, associated risk, and bring forward the new ways of working
- Work with Ways-Of-Working to drive process improvements.
-Always remain compliant with requirements of the Shell Trading Compliance Manual and the Code of Conduct.
-Should be able to learn and take ownership of Trade reconciliation tool Gresham CTC quickly.
Monitor Live Exchange Trade reconciliation via FCD and ensure to highlight relevant traders immediately and follow-up without any time delay for resolution. Monitor Exchange trade activity and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure accurate recording of transactions.
Requirements
-Proven experience in the successfully building automation utilizing excel macros/VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) and Alteryx
-A proven track record in applying principles of continuous improvement, standardization and simplification of business processes.
-Data Analysis skills with attention to detail and accuracy
-Proficient in languages and tools(ex. SQL, Alteryx and Excel VBA)
-Strong interest in a trading career
-Analytical, Technical mindset and problem solving skills
-Ability to communicate concisely and clearly.
-Effective influencing & stakeholder management.
-Motivation, passion, enthusiasm to perform at highest standards.
-Working knowledge of SAP (will be an advantage)
-Power BI, Power Query and Power Automate would be an added Advantage.
Staff should be working in rotational shift covering night shift between 8.30PM till 5.30AM IST and 2PM till 11PM IST
