Position Purpose
What’s the role –
Purpose:
Commercial Freight Voyage Analyst role is part of a Global Crude & Products Freight Operations Team responsible for providing support demurrage and post deal administration of all freight book operational activities, obligations and requirements under the charter party contract terms. This includes but not limited to charters internally and with third parties, operational elements of the time-chartered fleet such as off-hire, breakdown, deviation, High Risk Area and any event which may be recoverable either under the Time Charter Party or the appropriate Voyage Charter in accordance with terms and conditions. The aim is to eradicate un-necessary profit leakage from the Freight books P&L and capture all demurrage.

Nature of the role
The successful candidate will be able to work independently within a dynamic, fast paced and business critical trading environment. They must possess strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills in order to recognize and solve problems quickly. The individual must be highly motivated as the role is afforded autonomy to manage workload in accordance to SLA. This requires effective planning and organization skill in order to continue to keep the backlog low and manage stakeholders expect
