Job Description
As an Ethics and Compliance Analyst you will provide advice to a broad and diverse range of business stakeholders to ensure Ethics and Compliance related risks are understood and addressed in particular in the area of Third Party integrity due diligence, including Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Anti-Money Laundering and Trade Compliance.
As the Ethics and Compliance Analyst supporting portfolio companies you will work closely with colleagues from the global team of Ethics and Compliance Managers (ECMs) in providing and standardising support for “portfolio companies” across the various Shell businesses in order to ensure that portfolio companies are compliant with E&C framework and both the transition and implementation are standardised and made easy and intuitive for end users and key stakeholders. Portfolio companies are companies that are Shell controlled whilst not being fully on Shell GID/IT systems which require more bespoke activity in implementing our E&C control framework.
The position is a part of Shell's Ethics and Compliance Office (SECO), whose role is to sustain both a culture and a structure within which all decisions and actions are consistent with Shell's core values, Shell General Business Principles and Code of Conduct. You will be one of an existing team of Analysts based in Krakow, reporting to the Ethics and Compliance Manager Poland & Technology.
Dimensions
This is a role that requires strong E&C leadership with stakeholders, including direct engagement and communication across the business and functions. The Ethics and Compliance Analyst must be able to collaborate with and influence stakeholders in other businesses and functions to deliver sustainable and timely results with regular engagement with stakeholders up to VP level. A person in this position must be able to handle small projects as they arise and identify improvement opportunities.
