IT Business Analyst
Business Analysis provides world class services to application development and enhancement projects. IT Business Analyst is responsible for identifying and defining the business needs of their clients and stakeholders and helping to determine solutions to meet business needs or resolve business problems. The role may be part of an IT project development environment or an individual contributor at the business interface.

Shell is looking for talented Business Analyst skills to join our IT team in Bangalore working as one team together with other Shell IT hubs globally (London, Houston, Netherland)
Business Analyst will primarily support the Design Engineering Capability where you will be working in projects for various Shell business units such as Chemicals & Products, Sectors & Decarbonization, Lubricants, Business to Business(B2B), Shell Energy, Trading & Supply, Acquisition & Divestment, Retail, Finance and Capital products. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to participate in delivering IT solutions in support of Shell’s Energy transformation.

Bringing with you one or more of the following domain IT applications and Business process knowledge, skills and experiences would be an added benefit for Shell.
These are not essential to have but we would like you to highlight any existing experiences in your application.
Supply Chain Ecommerce Platforms and process Decarbonization Enterprise Technologies and Platform, Infrastructure and Access management Retail Product/Platform - Petro soft, Dover, Orbis, Fuel Diebold Nixdorf Trading and Supply business process and systems knowledge, ETRM systems knowledge Acquisition & Divestment: Medium/Large size projects delivery Experience in implementation of an Enterprise wide systems Capital Projects – Digital Design and Engineering, Construction and Commissioning and Project Services, hosting technologies and integration experience is an added advantage
