Trading Business Solutions Product Owner - Experienced Hire
Susquehanna is seeking a Trading Business Solutions Product Owner to support its Global Delta & Fixed Income Trading Group. This high-impact role focuses on strategic project delivery and issue resolution across Legal, Operations, and Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving delivery of key projects for the trading desks.
Key Responsibilities
The Business Solutions Manager will lead the implementation of strategic and tactical initiatives aimed at driving growth across Susquehanna's operations. While the role includes working with trading across various desks, including the Fixed Income desk, it will also encompass broader responsibilities, focusing on growth initiatives that span multiple business areas.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading cross-functional planning with Legal, Operations, Technology, and Risk teams.
- Translating trading objectives into actionable project roadmaps and deliverables.
- Driving prioritisation and resource alignment to ensure timely execution of high-impact initiatives.
- Identifying and resolving workflow bottlenecks, including legal and infrastructure-related obstacles.
- Managing upgrades to trading tools, data systems, and internal platforms.
- Acting as a central point of escalation for operational and technical issues affecting the desk.
- Monitoring project delivery progress and maintaining stakeholder accountability.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in project management, product ownership, or operations within a financial trading environment.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional stakeholder engagement across Legal, Technology, and Operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of issue resolution.
- Effective verbal and written communication, especially when reporting to senior leadership.
- Familiarity with fixed income products and trading platforms is highly desirable.
- A persistent, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused mindset.
