Job Summary

As a part of our continued growth, Targray requires the services of a Sales Coordinator for our Solar and Energy Storage Division to help expand our Solar team based out of our India Office in Gurgaon, Haryana. 

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with overseas and Indian customers for Solar and Energy Storage Division on a regular basis, facilitate regular coordination and order execution for customers and help coordinate the internal communication, order follow ups, complaint resolution and dealing with day-to-day issues.
  • Collect sales information and assist to prepare sales forecast, cashflow projection in coordination with finance, keep track of orders in the system.
  • Assist commercial team for customer/supplier onboarding process, NDA/ NCA, sale contracts, purchase contracts, warehouse contracts as needed.
  • Prepare specific excel report/s for the division as per requirement.
  • Assist marketing activities and follow up web leads.
  • Follow-up regularly with customers for receivables and sending timely statements.
  • Carry out company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 Years of Relevant Work Experience.
  • Excellent (100% fluent) English language skills (spoken, written & comprehension).
  • Experience of communicating over phone, emails, other tools with overseas/ domestic customers is required.
  • Experience in Order management is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook & Excel) is required.
  • Knowledge of INCO terms.
  • Knowledge of CRM software will be an added advantage.
  • A university degree is considered an asset.
