Senior Product Development Analyst (f/m/d)

What we are looking for
- Senior role in managing change / projects related to product development activities across commercial operations and its stakeholders
- Central point of contact/advisor for the Front Offices (Uniper Global Commodities for SDAa and New Trading Product Developments)
- Taking lead role in operational and structural projects (cross departments)
- Ensuring fast, timely and effective interaction with Front Office
- Initiating and ensuring processes optimizations, settlement topics, as well as reporting, from a perspective of front and back offices
- Assessing requirements and coordinating the approvals of non-standards and new products
- Advisory to the Operations and Trading environment in contract management/ development of business requirements for master data management
- Initiate and drive optimization activities across commercial operations
Who we are seeking
- Relevant education in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent, with experience within commodity settlement, commodity trading / billing or process development
- Sound understanding in fundamental commercial processes related to commodity sales and trading i.e. billing, netting, payment conditions, etc.
- Good understanding in key operating figures, i.e. working capital, interest, gross margin and their relevance for business cases
- High customer / service orientation and strong analytical skills
- Great communicator with Team work spirit and willingness to drive change
- Very good IT systems skills (MS Office), ETRM knowledge is advantageous
- Good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)
