Energy Marketing Analyst
The Energy Marketing Analyst will support sales fulfilment and marketing initiatives for the residential market. The analyst will report to the Marketing Program Manager.
The ideal candidate should have experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and a proven track record in working with external and internal customers in a rapidly changing environment with a high degree of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Work alongside Marketing Program Manager and Municipal Aggregation Communities, including consultants, ensuring highest level of customer service
Respond to customer inquiries on any matters related to the Municipal Aggregation activity or general inquiries about the services that mc² provides
Manage the external customer service center and draft training materials to ensure that effective and professional customer service is being provided by Customer Service Reprepsentatives
Assist in brand awareness efforts through content creation of social media posts, quarterly newsletters, and company outings
Support the renewal process for the organic residential customers including notification of renewals to customers
Draft mailing documents for Municipal Aggregation Program’s and coordinate mailing efforts
Cross-train to support other departments within the organization and/or take on new responsibilities as the energy markets evolve
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with a major in Business or Marketing or other related major preferred; or equivalent required or commensurate experience in a similar role in the Energy Industry.
Qualifications
0 - 3 years of Sales Management and/or Marketing Experience
Proficient in preparing letters and labels through mail merge for large volume mailings
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Extremely competent working in Excel, Word and Power Point as well as data analytics
Strong ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities
Highly focused on accuracy, efficiency and timeliness
Great organization skills and attention to detail
Dedicated team player with the strong ability to work independently
