Senior Options Analyst
WorldQuant develops and deploys systematic financial strategies across a broad range of asset classes and global markets. What You’ll Bring:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering or Finance related field
In depth experience supporting Options as an asset class from a post trade perspective
At least 5+ years of experience in post trade activities related to Options e.g. position management; valuation; PNL calculation and reporting.
Good business analysis skills that aids defining requirements
Experience conducting data analysis on large amounts of data
Strong analytical & debugging skills to uncover new insights or patterns from firm’s historical trade data.
Self-motivated and take initiative with minimal direction.
Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
WorldQuant is a total compensation organization where you will be eligible for a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and benefits. The estimated salary range for this position is $125,000 to $250,000 which is specific to New York and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer we will take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
