Research Assistance Intern
WorldQuant develops and deploys systematic financial strategies across a broad range of asset classes and global markets. The Role: We are seeking exceptionally talented Research Assistance Interns to join our team.
我们正在寻找优秀的研究助理实习生加入我们的团队。
- Assist researchers in building algorithms and models;
- Conduct research on quantitative finance academic literature;
- Explore and analyze market data;
- Other tasks assigned by senior managers
- 协助研究员构建算法及模型；
- 对量化金融相关的学术文献进行研究；
- 探索并分析新的市场数据。

What You'll Bring
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree from a leading university in science or engineering majors, including but not limited to Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering and so on.
• Ability to work at least 3 days per week, for a minimum of 6 months
• Proficient in Python and/or C++; Familiar with Linux/Unix
• Research mind-set: a deep thinker, creative, persevering, attentive to detail, etc.;
• Willing to learn and ability to pick up new concepts quickly
• Dedicated and self-disciplined with a strong work ethic and willingness to help others
• 中国大陆或香港重点大学本科或以上学历在读，科学或工程类专业（包含但不限于数学、物理、计算机、电子工程等相关专业）学生。可连续工作至少六个月，每周三天或以上。
• 熟练掌握Python和/或C++等编程语言，熟悉Linux/Unix操作系统
• 拥有研究型思维品质：深入思考、有创意、坚韧、关注细节等
• 乐于接受新事物，有快速学习的能力
敬业、自律、拥有较强的职业道德并乐于帮助他人
