WorldQuant develops and deploys systematic financial strategies across a broad range of asset classes and global markets. We seek to produce high-quality predictive signals (alphas) through our proprietary research platform to employ financial strategies focused on market inefficiencies. Our teams work collaboratively to drive the production of alphas and financial strategies – the foundation of a balanced, global investment platform.
 
ABOUT WORLDQUANT BRAINTM 
BRAIN is a group within WorldQuant similar to a traditional B2C fintech setup. Our mission is to simplify quant finance and provide global remote-work opportunities to participants, while they learn ground breaking quant finance, AI and ML concepts. WorldQuant Brain provides an advanced crowdsourcing platform for external participants to contribute signals, data and more to the firm’s business.
 
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Our WorldQuant BRAIN Research Consultant Program is looking for talented individuals to leverage our BRAIN web-based simulation platform, build alphas and contribute to the overall WorldQuant research effort. 
Learn
  • Users of the BRAIN platform can get access to 65,000+ data fields and diverse tools to grow your knowledge of quantitative finance and build alphas.
  • Access in-depth learning resources via our documentation, videos and webinars about quantitative finance
Earn
  • Users who meet a certain criteria, will be invited to join us as a research consultant and have the opportunity to be compensated on the quality of your ideas

WHO CAN BE PART OF THE PROGRAM:
  • No specific background required, though prior training in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or any other related field that is highly analytical and quantitative will be useful.
  • Have a strong interest in learning about worldwide financial markets
  • Must be above 18 years old

  5. A fully on-boarded BRAIN consultant is now eligible for merit-based financial compensation from the alphas you create.
