The Business Manager is responsible for supporting our Leadership Team, managing the day to day business activities including management reporting, adoption metrics monitoring and acting as a utility player who can oversee and manage special projects. They are expected to demonstrate expertise in key business management functions and processes, act as a trusted business partner on behalf of the organization, and serve as a strategic interface between the broader Leadership Team and key stakeholders. They will aid in preparing monthly and quarterly business reviews, as well as updates to senior management as needed. The Business Manager will support process improvement initiatives and will provide financial planning and analysis expertise and assist with the establishment and controlling of the budget. Apex currently requires all employees as a condition of employment to either be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or submit to regular testing.
