ABOUT THIS ROLE

Position Overview 
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our Legal Department. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment while supporting the Chief Legal Officer. The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills, a keen interest in corporate law, and a willingness to learn and contribute to the success of our team. 

Key Responsibilities 
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on a variety of topics to support the Legal Department’s initiatives. 
- Draft well-organized, concise legal memoranda that summarize research findings and provide actionable insights. 
- Assist in reviewing, editing, and negotiating contracts to ensure compliance with applicable legal and business requirements. 
- Collaborate in revising and updating internal policies and procedures to reflect evolving legal and regulatory standards. 
- Engage in other legal and administrative tasks as assigned to support the Chief Legal Officer and the broader legal team.

Salary Range

$0-$50

The annual base salary range for this position is noted above. Exact compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and office location.
