This Marketing Project Manager role is unique within PEAK6 as you will be applying your skills across the organization in our Shared Services Organization (SSO). We’re looking for a versatile “Jack/Jill/NB of all Trades” who isn’t afraid to jump in to find unique solutions or suggest new processes. You’ll specialize in planning, managing, and executing projects related to marketing campaigns, larger firm-wide projects, and some product development. You will be responsible for turning the strategy into reality by identifying all the tasks that need to be completed. You’ll strategically delegate those tasks to the appropriate team members using mindful time allocation. This role requires a high-level view of various moving parts, such as stakeholders, timelines/deadlines, and budgets, while also maintaining extreme attention to detail.
Additionally, you’ll be responsible for supporting the marketing function in merchandise, branded collateral, and more. You’ll be working day-to-day with designers, copywriters, proofreaders, video producers, and web developers to bring projects to fruition. You’re expected to work cohesively and harmoniously with all stakeholders in the organization at all levels — including executives and our founders.
